Hello. I'm Nathaniel Daught, (28) a graphic designer, artist, Mac geek, and gamer. These are my ramblings, photos, links, and art because I sometimes have too much time on my hands... One would assume that you also have too much time on your hands because you are reading this blog. Enjoy.

Q: How do you ruin the awesome British comedy “The IT Crowd”?
A: You remake it for American TV!
Don’t watch this unless you’ve already seen the original.
Here’s the painful US pilot… They somehow used the same script and made it not funny. It doesn’t make any sense that they kept Richard Ayoade as Moss either.
“Battlestar Galactica: Blood and Chrome Trailer”
Syfy originally intended this prequel series pilot for the cable network, instead it’s being released online as a web series first then later aired and released on Blu-Ray. This looks much better than the joke of a BSG prequel “Caprica”. Hopefully it leads to a TV series later.
TRON: Uprising - The entire first episode posted on YouTube.
I plan to watch this later. Looks cool.
Update: You can also grab this episode on iTunes for free.

Nolan’s Cheddar TV AD - One of the best ADs I’ve seen in a while.
It’s a bit shocking part way through, but just stick with it and it pays off in the end. My boss actually called me into his office to show me this video.

Apple released two “Get a Mac” ads, ahead of the Friday release of Snow Leopard, last night.
The first, called “Surprise”, features a woman looking for a “great computer” with Mac giving some unusual advice.
The second, titled “Top of the Line”, features Patrick Warburton (the voice behind Joe on Family Guy) as the top of the line PC. The buyer is then told the painstaking truth.
Both ads are now on the company website.
